Terms of engagement
What working with Foundation Central involves, what it costs and how either of us can end it.

The services
Foundation Central Ltd provides report reviews, family packages and school training, as described on this website. The scope and fee for your work are agreed in writing before anything starts.
What we are not
We are not solicitors, educational psychologists or therapists. We do not diagnose, and we do not give legal or medical advice. When your child needs one of those professionals, we will say so.
Fees and payment
- Report reviews are a fixed fee, paid before the review starts.
- Family packages are a monthly fee, paid in advance by direct debit.
- School training is invoiced after delivery, payable within 30 days.
Cancelling
- You have 14 days to cancel after agreeing to a service. If you ask us to start sooner, you pay for any work already done.
- You can end a family package with one month's notice at any time.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged.
Working with your child
Coaching works when a young person trusts the coach. We agree with you and your child at the start what is shared with parents and what stays between your child and Marcel. Safeguarding always comes first. If we are worried about a child's safety, we will act on it.
The parent portal
Each parent gets their own login. Keep your login details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
Complaints
Please raise any concern with Marcel first at hello@foundationcentral.co.uk. We will acknowledge it within 5 working days.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Foundation Central Ltd is a company registered in England.
