The report review
You send me the report. Five working days later you know what actually matters, in what order, and what to ignore. Then we talk it through for 45 minutes.
Forty pages in. Three priorities out.
What matters now
The two or three recommendations that will genuinely move things for your child this term, pulled out and put first.
What order to do it in
Sequencing is most of the value. Doing everything at once is the most common and most expensive mistake families make.
What to leave
Some recommendations will never be implemented, and some should not be. I will tell you which, and why, in plain words.
A week, start to finish
Send the report
An EP, OT or speech and language report, handled securely and confidentially.
I triage it
Within five working days you receive a written review: the priorities, the order, and what to set aside.
We talk it through
A 45 minute call to walk the plan, answer your questions and agree what happens next, if anything.
One fixed fee, agreed up front
The fee depends on the length and number of documents, and you know it before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprises. We agree it on the discovery call.
- A written priority plan you can hand straight to school
- A 45 minute call, recorded for you if useful
- Questions answered by email for two weeks afterwards
- An honest steer on whether ongoing support would help, and whether an EHCP route is worth exploring
Asked most often
Which reports can you review?
Educational psychology, occupational therapy and speech and language reports, plus school documents such as support plans. If it is about your child's learning, I can almost certainly triage it.
Is this a second opinion on the professional's work?
No. The professionals assess. I prioritise and translate. The review tells you how to act on the report, not whether it is right.
What happens after the review?
Whatever you want. Many families take the plan and run it themselves. Some move to the family package. There is no obligation either way.
Do you review reports for children you have never met?
Yes. The review is written triage of the documents plus a call with you. If we go on to work together, meeting your child comes next.
